- Where are you located?

I work from home in Penrith, NSW. Portrait sessions can take place in your home, on location, or in a studio by prior arrangement. For convenience, sessions usually take place in the greater Penrith region, including the Lower Blue Mountains. Other locations may be possible for an additional travel fee.
- What if it rains?

With outdoor sessions, the weather is always going to be a factor for consideration. Too wet, too windy, too hot - extreme conditions don't make for an enjoyable portrait session. Don't worry - if we need to reschedule, we can.
Yes, the session fee is non refundable, but we can't control the weather! So long as all parties are in agreement, we can reschedule before the session takes place. Once we have started - we just make the best we can out of the situation we are in. Challenging conditions can make for some of the best memories and photographs because your emotions are right on the surface.
- Can we reschedule if someone is sick?

Of course we can. I will be in touch before your session to make sure everything is on track for the booked day. If not, we can reschedule. That being said, please be considerate in letting me know if you need to reschedule. I'm a busy wife and mum too!
- Do I get any digital images?

Time In A Bottle Photography is all about getting portraits up onto your walls and in front of the people who are in them!
But yes, you will receive access to social media sized (low resolution) files of any images you purchase for sharing purposes via an online gallery.
Digital file packages are also available if you choose to print your own or simply can't choose. I always recommend ordering prints through our lab to ensure they are of the quality you expect from us.
- What payment options do you accept?

Direct Deposit, Cash, Debit Card, Mastercard, & Visa are all accepted but will have standard card service fees applied as applicable.
Payment Plans are available if required.
- How long is the typical wait?

All going to plan, your viewing and purchasing appointment will take place approximately 2 weeks after your session, or possibly earlier for online galleries. From there you need to select and pay in full for the products you wish to receive so your order can be sent to the printer. You can pay in full at the purchasing appointment, online or we can put a payment plan in place. It depends on how quickly you finalise payment how long it takes for your order to be placed. Once the products are ordered it takes 4-6 weeks for printing and for me to receive them for inspection and quality control. I will then arrange a time to deliver them to you ASAP!Normal turnaround time from your session to ready to hang artwork is approximately 6-8 weeks.
- Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

You sure can! Gift certificates are a great gift for people of all ages.
Gift a nominated amount to be used as the recipient wishes, or prepay for a session and a specific piece(s) of artwork, the choice is yours.
Gift certificates are an excellent option for hard to buy for people like Mums and Dads, Grandparents or newly blended families. Family members can pool money together to give the gift of a fun session and more memories made together.

- Who do you photograph?

My sessions are open to all. Everyone is welcome and celebrated here irrespective of age, size, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, (dis)ability, scaled, feathered or furred!
I have zero tolerance for discrimination against any groups in our community.
