DESIGN CONSULTATION

Typically this meeting takes place in your family home. This enables me to get a better sense of your style, taste and space. Together we will work out how we can capture beautiful memories in a way that is uniquely you and is true to your character and lifestyle.

I will guide you through some product samples and recommendations for selecting artwork to suit your home and budget; whether it be a classic framed piece, canvas, or a more modern alternative such as an acrylic finish. I offer a wide range of options from single portraits right through to large gallery style collections. All artwork is printed in an Australian professional photo lab and comes with robust quality guarantees.

Once we have gone over your vision of what we will create, and how it can best suit your space we can talk outfit selection, location options and all of the fun details that will make your vision a reality and your portrait session fun, easy and memorable.

The design consultationusually takes about 60-90 minutes.

While this consultation is optional, it is strongly encouraged. This is your chance to see and feel the products before you place your order, and to indicate the desired outcome from your session. The choice is yours.

 

 

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING WITH PAYMENT OF SESSION FEE

A session fee of $275 is payable upon booking your DELUXE session date and time.

Session fees secure your booking and cover the photographer's time, talent and resources. This includes the the design consultation, pre-session guidance and the portrait session itself, editing, the image viewing and purchasing appointment, and delivery of artwork as applicable. An additional travel fee for outside the greater Penrith Region may apply.

 PORTRAIT SESSION

Let's capture some memories! Press pause on the sands of time. Here is where the magic happens. Make sure you allow plenty of time to pamper yourself, get dressed and prepare your loved ones for your session. 

Portrait sessions are usually about 60 minutes - in home, on location or in studio (subject to availability).

Portrait sessions are for immediate (household) family members only, unless by prior arrangement. Please remember that extra people will use up more of your session time. On the flip-side, small children may not cooperate for a full 60 mins. For extended family sessions please contact me for a quote. 

This is going to be fun - take the pressure off yourself and trust the process!

 

 

IMAGE VIEWING AND PURCHASING APPOINTMENT

After your session, the very best images will be cropped, straightened, lightly edited and collated into a gallery for you to view and make your selections.

This may take up to 2 weeks.

A range of fully customisable wall art products are available to suit all styles and budgets. Wall Art is available in classic framed, canvas, acrylic and metal finishes. A range of smaller add-on products are also available.

Matching digital files for sharing online are provided with each image purchased. High resolution digital files suitable for printing yourself will incur a surcharge. This helps to ensure the quality of the finished artwork.

The viewing and purchasing appointment is where all decisions about image selection, size and style of the final artwork need to be made.

It is vital that all parties who have a say in the purchasing decision are at this appointment.

For extended family sessions, a viewing and purchasing appointment will be offered to each sub-set of the family separately.

There is no obligation to buy. Only order the images you love. But be warned, you're going to love them all!

If you would prefer to choose your images and products from an online gallery, you may do so. 

Make your selections and pay the balance owing. Your chosen images will be touched up and your bespoke artwork will be ordered from our professional photo lab.

DELIVERY OF ARTWORK

About 4-6 weeks after your order is placed your beautiful, custom made artwork will be delivered to your door, ready to be displayed in your home and enjoyed for years to come.

Digital products will be available to download within 10 days.
